About
My coaching philosophy is centered around developing athletes both on and off the field. I focus on player development, building strong fundamentals, and helping each athlete reach their individual potential. I believe that a strong work ethic, discipline, consistency, and accountability are essential to becoming a successful athlete, and I strive to instill those values in every player I coach. My approach is shaped by my own playing experience, including two years of professional baseball (2025–2026), competing with the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2026 against former MLB players, as well as four years of NCAA and NJCAA baseball experience. I want to use those experiences to provide young athletes with the knowledge, guidance, and confidence they need to continue improving and developing a genuine love for the game.
